Why have I been asked to leave a review on HotDoc?
If you have recently booked and completed a Telehealth appointment with HotDoc, you may receive a push notification, email or SMS asking you to take a survey. Here you can rate your appointment experience and optionally leave a comment with further feedback.
How can I leave a review?
Who will see my feedback?
Your response is confidential and will only be visible to HotDoc. This information will be used to help us improve the quality of our services and will not be shared with your practitioner.
How long do I have to leave a review?
You will be able to leave a review up to 14 days after your appointment has concluded.
Can I edit or update my review?
Yes, you can edit your review for up to 14 days after your appointment. You can do this from your HotDoc account under the Appointments section and will be accessible from your appointment under Current or History tab.
There is a technical issue that is prohibiting me from leaving a review, what should I do?
If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact our Support team explaining the issue that you are experiencing.
