HotDoc has a strict code of privacy in keeping with what you would expect from your doctor. All personal information is encrypted to best practice industry standards.
- Your account and appointment information can only be accessed after authentication of multiple ID points, e.g. full name, date of birth and phone number
- The HotDoc website and API only work with SSL browser encryption to provide a secure connection with your device and to protect your information
- All of our servers and databases are managed within Australia with all data staying safely within our strictly managed environment
