I only have a landline number, can I sign up for a HotDoc account?
Creating and registering for a HotDoc patient booking account currently requires access to a mobile phone device and number.
This is to ensure that we have a unique verification process for HotDoc account creation and appointment booking purposes.
We do have a functionality that allows people who may not be able to register for a HotDoc account to use an active member's account to request any bookings necessary. Please follow these instructions to see how to do this.
