Question

I want to request a repeat prescription, referral or medical certificate online. Can I do this through HotDoc?

HotDoc provides a service where clinics can opt to allow repeat scripts, referrals or medical certificates to be requested online.

To check if your clinic uses this feature, you can search for your preferred clinic via the mobile app, or the HotDoc Online Booking page.
Once you are on your clinic's booking page, you can see if they have the option to request a repeat prescription, referrals or medical certificate if they show the buttons in the image below:
If your clinic does have this option available, please see How to complete an online request for repeat prescriptions, referrals or medical certificates from your practice for steps on how to complete your request.
If you do not see these button options, it is likely your clinic is not using HotDoc currently to accept repeat requests. In this case, it would be best to contact your clinic directly via phone to discuss your options further.
