Can I request a Prescription through HotDoc? – HotDoc Help

I want to request a Prescription or Referral online. Can I do this through HotDoc?

HotDoc provides a service where clinics can opt to allow repeat scripts or referrals to be requested online.

To check if your clinic uses this feature, you can search for your preferred clinic via the mobile app, or the HotDoc Online Booking page.
Once you are on your clinic's booking page, you can see if they have the option to request repeat prescriptions or referrals if they show the buttons in the image below:
If your clinic does have this option available, please see How to request a Repeat Prescription or Referral for steps on how to complete your request.
If you do not see these button options, it is likely your clinic is not using HotDoc currently to accept repeat scripts or referrals. In this case, it would be best to contact your clinic directly via phone to discuss your options further.
