My appointment is booked under the wrong name/ for the wrong time

There is no way to edit your appointment booking to change the details such as the name, time/ date or reason it's been booked under. If you wish to alter your appointment in any way, you will need to cancel it and re-book using the correct details. Below are some helpful guides to assist you with this:

Book for a family member via the app here or register a family member to your account via the website here
