How do I manage my notification preferences in my HotDoc account?
Solution
You can manage your notification preferences in the Notification settings section of your HotDoc account.
Here you can manage whether you receive push notifications to your mobile device via the HotDoc app, and opt in or out of specific push notification preferences.

Allow push notifications

Open the HotDoc app on your mobile device and log in with your registered HotDoc account.
- Go to Account then click Notification settings.

To receive communications via push notification to your HotDoc app, click the Activate button > Enable Notifications > Open Settings. This will then redirect you to your device's notification settings for the HotDoc app, where you can allow these notifications.

If you would like to deactivate push notifications entirely for the HotDoc app, you can edit your preferences in your device's notification settings for the HotDoc app.

Edit push notification preferences

Open the HotDoc app and ensure you are logged in with your registered HotDoc account.
- Go to Account then click Notification settings.
- Under Push notification preferences, select or deselect the check box next to the specific types of notifications settings you wish to receive to your mobile device.
- If you've made changes, select Save changes.
