Setting a reminder
You'll be asked whether you'd like a reminder each time you add a script to your Health Wallet. You can also add or edit a reminder for an existing script at any time – see Managing your reminders below.
-
Once your script has been added to your wallet, you'll be prompted to Set a script reminder. This step is optional.
-
If you'd like a reminder, leave Remind me about this script switched on, then select the date field to choose when you'd like to be reminded. Your reminder date needs to be today or later, and within the next year.
-
Select Save reminder.
If you don't want a reminder for this script, switch Remind me about this script off and select Skip reminder.
|
If notifications aren't already turned on for the HotDoc app, you may be asked to enable them so your reminders can reach you. We'll never include your medication details in a notification. |
Managing your reminders
Open the HotDoc app and select Wallet, then select the Reminders tab to see all of your reminders, grouped into Due now and Upcoming. Any reminders that need action also show as a banner at the top of the Scripts tab.
-
From the Reminders tab, find the reminder you'd like to update.
-
Select Mark as done once you've ordered your medication or requested a new script, or select Edit reminder to change the date.
-
If you're editing the date, choose a new date and select Save.
You can also manage a reminder from an individual script. Select the script from the Scripts tab, then select Add a reminder if it doesn't have one yet, or Edit reminder and Mark as done if it does.
