Will I have to pay a fee to use HotDoc?

HotDoc is a free online booking service and the Mobile App is free to download.

Please note: While making a booking is free, some clinics may have costs associated with their appointments or requests and may use HotDoc to capture that fee during the booking process. This may incur an additional cost and will be presented at the time of the request. Billing for attended appointments will vary for each clinic. Some clinics may also have charges associated with the cancellation of appointments. If you are unsure about how much your clinic charges for an appointment, or if they have a cancellation policy, please call them directly to enquire.
