I've made a booking via HotDoc but I need to change it, how can I do this?
If you would like to make changes to your booking after it's been confirmed, you will firstly need to cancel your existing appointment and then re-book it under the correct details.

You may wish to do this if you have booked the appointment under the wrong name, for the wrong time, with the wrong practitioner or with an incorrect appointment reason.
