I would like to remove a clinic or a practitioner from my home page in my HotDoc account as I attend a different practice now. And I would also like to add this new practitioner to my care team. How do I do this?

Solution

If you have booked an appointment with a clinic via HotDoc before, we will automatically save the clinic and practitioner you have booked with as a 'favourite' so you can easily locate them again.

You can also add additional clinics and practitioners or remove them from your favourites.

How to add a favourite clinic or practitioner

1. To add a favourite clinic, open the HotDoc app and search for your selected practitioner or clinic.
   
   
2. Once located, Tap on Add to my Care Team underneath their name.
   
   
   
   

3. You will then see your favourite clinics and practitioners reflected on your home page under the heading My Care Team. 
   
   
   
   
   
   

How to remove a favourite clinic or practitioner

1. Within the home page, select the clinic or practitioner you wish to remove to view their profile.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap on Remove from my Care Team beneath their name. This will then deselect the icon and remove them from your home page under the heading My Care Team.
