How do I request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact your clinic directly by phone. If you need assistance locating their phone number please email help@hotdoc.com.au

 

How long does my refund take?

Refunds vary from bank to bank but are usually completed within 5-10 business days.

 

How long will it take to receive my script/what is the status of my request?

You should receive an e-mail when your request has been submitted to your clinic successfully. You will then receive an e-mail when your clinic has accepted or denied your request. If you find that this is taking longer than expected, please contact your clinic directly.

 

How can I get my script or referral mailed to me?

Each clinic chooses which request fulfilment options they’d like to offer. If you aren’t seeing the option you need, it may be best to reach out to your clinic directly.

 

What if I was charged twice?

If you have been charged twice for a single request, please contact your clinic directly to request a refund.
