Can HotDoc help me provide proof of my vaccination?

If you or a family member have recently received your COVID-19 Vaccinations, you may wish to obtain proof of your vaccination in the form of a vaccine certificate. 

HotDoc's platform does not provide proof of vaccination. If you require a certificate or evidence of your vaccination status, please refer to to the Services Australia website which provides guidance on how to receive proof of your vaccination. The link can be found here. 

HotDoc provides a secure platform to enable medical practitioners to communicate with their patients. In particular, we work with your medical practitioner to find easier and more accessible ways for you to book and manage your appointments. We are able to help patients create a HotDoc account and to book online.
