How do I verify my email address through HotDoc?
Solution
You can verify your current email address in your HotDoc account in the 'Profile' section. Please follow these steps below to see how to do this whether you're accessing your HotDoc account on your web browser or through the HotDoc app. We've also listed some FAQs at the bottom of this article too.

Am I required to verify my email addresses?
If you wish to change or update your accounts email address you will be required to verify your new email address, this is to help ensure you have a more secure account!
I entered my Verification Code and nothing happened?
Make sure after you enter your Verification Code that you click "Save" to ensure you've completed the process.
What happens if I don’t save my account after verifying?
Your email address will not be verified and no changes will be made. Next time you visit the account profile section, you will be shown your existing email address and if it is verified or not.
Why aren't I receiving my verification code in my email?
The email may take a up to 5 minutes to arrive, it may also land in your Junk/Spam folder so be sure to check! Alternatively check the email address you're verifying for any potential spelling mistakes or errors.
Does the email verification code expire?
It does, the verification code will only be valid for 24 hours. If this happens to you start the process again and you'll be able to verify your account.
