Question
I received an appointment reminder and I would like to cancel/confirm my appointment through it. How do I do this?
Solution
HotDoc provides an appointment reminder service to clinics which allows them to send you a Push Notification to the HotDoc app on your mobile device, an email and/or SMS to the registered details in your patient file at the practice to remind you of an upcoming appointment. If you receive a push notification or email but have not confirmed or cancelled your appointment, you may receive a SMS a few hours later as well.
If you wish you stop receiving appointment reminders from HotDoc, see How can I opt out of HotDoc Communication?
