I no longer have access to the email associated with my HotDoc account and can't sign in to reset my password. What do I do from here?
Solution
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to register your HotDoc account, and are unable to remember your HotDoc password, you will need to create a new HotDoc account with your current email address:

Alternatively, if you can remember your password and are able to log in to your account, you can update your email address by following How to update or review the details of your HotDoc profile.
Once your new account is set up (or your email has been updated), we also recommend letting the practices you attend know your new email address so they can update your patient file in their system. ⓘ Tip
