I want to log into my HotDoc account. I've entered my email or mobile and password details but it won't let me sign in. What do I do from here?
- Enter in your patient login details and click Log in:
- If the error message displayed says "No HotDoc patient account exists with this email or mobile Please sign up" then you may have registered your account with incorrect details. In this case, please see How to create a HotDoc account to register again using the correct details.
- If the error message displayed says "Incorrect Password. Do you wish to reset password?" you can try entering it again, or reset your password instead. To do this, please see How do I reset my password?
