How do I view my HotDoc appointments?

Solution

You can view your upcoming, current or past appointments in your HotDoc account.

Please follow these steps to view your HotDoc appointments:

How to view appointments via the HotDoc Website:

1. Log into your HotDoc account via the HotDoc website
   
   
2. Either select the appointments tab, or the appointment under My Appointments:
   
   
   
   
3. Select either the Current and History tabs to view your upcoming or past appointments:
   
   
   
   

How to view appointments via the mobile app

1. Log into your HotDoc account via the mobile app.
   
   
2. Either tap the Appointments icon on the bottom, or tap the appointment under the My next appointment section:
   
   
   
   
3. Tap either the Current or History tab to view upcoming or past appointments:
   
   
   
   

The Appointments section has some helpful actions to get you ready for your appointment:

• Past appointments are sorted in the History tab. This includes those that have since past, been updated or changed by the clinic, missed, cancelled or not confirmed by your clinic. 
  
  

• There are quick actions to add to calendar, call your clinic, and a map link on each appointment.
  
  

• Appointments can also be cancelled and/or rescheduled from this screen if it meets the right requirements. See How do I cancel or reschedule a HotDoc booked appointment? for more information.
  
  

• Below your appointment details will be any required registration forms and check-in information to get you ready for your appointment.
