Why did I receive an appointment declined email when booking online?

There are a number of reasons why the practice may not have accepted an online booking such as:
- The practitioner no longer being available on that day
- There was an issue with processing your online booking
- The practitioner may only be open to taking online bookings for their existing patients whom they have recently seen (see example email 1)
