My practice is part of Partnered Health and I would like to download their app to book an appointment at my clinic. How can I download it?
Solution
Partnered Health has their own subset of the HotDoc app named Partnered Health. This app will only show you Partnered Health clinics and practitioners for online bookings.
You can download the Partnered Health app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
With the Partnered Health app installed on your preferred device, you are able to:
- Book your upcoming appointments online
- Check your appointment history
- Check your place in queue whilst you wait for your appointment
- Receive push notifications reminding you of upcoming appointments
- Check in for your appointment (if your clinic has this feature)
