If you would like to make a booking, check your appointment history, or update the details to your account, you will need to sign into your HotDoc account.
How to log into HotDoc
- Go to the HotDoc booking page or open your HotDoc app (If you haven't already done so, review the article How to download the HotDoc app).
Click Login at the top right hand corner of the page, or at the bottom of the app.

A window should appear that will ask you for your email address or mobile number and your password. Enter your details then click Log In. You can also adjust whether you would like to stay remembered on the device by checking the box next to Keep me logged in on this trusted device.
- Now that you're logged in, you can book an appointment or cancel or reschedule an appointment from within your HotDoc account. If you have forgotten your password, please see this article Reset your password for more information on how to do this.
