I've signed up to HotDoc. How do I log into my HotDoc account?
Solution
If you would like to make a booking, check your appointment history, or update the details to your account, you will need to sign into your HotDoc account.
Please follow the steps below to log in with:
Web Browser

Navigate to the 'HotDoc login' page and login to your HotDoc account using your email or mobile number and password. Tick the box next to Keep me logged in on this trusted device if you wish.
Please note: If you have forgotten your password, please see this article Reset your password for more information on how to reset it.

If you have Set up Multi-factor authentication you will be directed to enter your one time password, which you will receive to your email address. Copy the code to log into your HotDoc account.

Paste the code into the One-time Password field and click Continue.
Please note: You will need to do this within five minutes, otherwise the code will expire. If it has expired you’ll need to click ‘Start over to request a new one.’

You'll now be logged in to HotDoc! Now that you're logged in, you can book an appointment or cancel or reschedule an appointment from within your HotDoc account:
Mobile

Navigate to the 'HotDoc App' and click and 'Log in' from here you will be prompted to enter your email or mobile number and password and click 'Log in'.
